What is IFA offering in Texas now?

What is actually being contracted?
The executed agreement defines the preservation scope, payment terms, receiving arrangements, custody terms, responsibilities, and applicable limitations for the case.
Do I need a hospital or hospice referral?
No. A patient, family member, or authorized representative can contact IFA directly. If lawful pronouncement occurs in a facility, its ordinary release process still applies.
Can I contact IFA well in advance?
Yes. Earlier contact is preferable because decision authority, provider availability, transport, documentation, and case arrangements can take time to establish.
Can a family member make the decision?
A family member can ask questions and help plan. Any binding election or contract must come from the patient or someone with legally sufficient authority for that case.
Does IFA direct medical care?
No. IFA does not direct treatment or pronouncement through this pathway. Ordinary medical care remains with the treating team.
What happens after lawful pronouncement?
If the case has been accepted and lawful release is available, the designated receiving/provider chain takes custody and performs the preservation and custody work defined by the case arrangements.
Why retain the biological source after preservation?
The preserved brain is the physical source for the structural, relational, and molecular evidence used to compile source-specific dynamics.
What happens after preservation?
Authoritative readout forms source records; those records compile the individual-specific dynamical state; software, compute, and embodiment are constructed separately and operate the compiled individual-specific state.
What is the qualification sequence?
Delivery and structural lock; authoritative source readout; same-source dynamics qualification; computational implementation; integrated nonhuman commissioning; human release.
What does the preservation agreement cover?
The executed agreement defines the preservation and custody obligations for the case. Downstream technical stages are governed separately by their qualification and release criteria.
What should I send in a first inquiry?
Your name, whether you are the patient or are contacting on someone's behalf, Texas city or area, approximate timeframe, current setting, and a way for IFA to contact you. Do not email medical records or sensitive health documents unless a secure case-specific exchange is later requested.
